Advised a 1-star commander and 0-6 deputy in all aspects of enlisted Sailor development and led a 13-strong Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Mess at a geographic combatant command. Direct leadership of 121 Sailors cultivated their self-awareness and diverse perspectives, resulting in 100% retention, six advancements, 80% CPO board eligibility, four CPO selects, 100% PFA pass rate, two CPO Leadership Development Course and three Senior Enlisted Academy graduates, 19 U.S. Navy Community College and Tuition Assistance course completions, and one bachelor's degree.

Law Office Superintendent 2022–2023
Designed and published the first Joint training plan for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, resulting in greater synergy among 14 Army, Navy, and Air Force officers and civilians, which contributing to 100% qualifications, three command designations, and two Defense Meritorious Service Awards. Led 8 personnel and mentored four junior officers in the adjudication of 19 nonjudicial punishments, 14 reports of officer misconduct, 18 Freedom of Information Act requests, seven administrative separations, five compaints of wrong, five aviation investigations, two litigation-report investigations, and an FAA flight violation.
